1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 of delivery.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or defective.

 


 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please email us at info@happiedayz.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos if the item is defective or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 24–48 hours.

 


 

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or an incorrect product was received.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of the product.

  • In case of an approved exchange due to a defective or incorrect item, we will bear the shipping cost.

 


 

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not  allowed

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

 


 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@happiedayz.com with your order details and photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
